- Go to Arellia Security Manager and click on the Tasks tab
- Right-click Jobs and Tasks > Arellia > Directory Services and select New > Task
- Click on the Arellia > Directory Services > Set Active Directory User Password task template
- Click on the Click to Select link for User and select an Active Directory account. An Active Directory Synchronization must be performed to select Active Directory accounts.
- Enter a password in the Password and Confirm Password fields to set a static password. To set a random password, leave the fields blank.
- Click the OK button to create the task
