Installing Application Control Solution

1. In the Symantec Management ConsoleInstallation Manager, click the Configuration tab.
2. In the left pane, click Upgrade/Install Additional Software.
3. In the right pane, on the Available Solutions tab, click Solutions.
4. Click Application Control SolutionInstall new products.
5. Click Arellia Application Control.
6. Follow the installation wizard instructions.

Uninstalling Application Control Solution

1. In Symantec Installation Manager, in the list of currently installed programs, click Arellia Application Control Solution.
2. Click Uninstall.
3. Click Remove Close.

Licensing

Each Altiris product comes with a 7-day trial license that is installed by default. You can register and obtain a 30-day evaluation license through the Altiris Web site at www.altiris.com. You can also purchase a full product license through the Altiris Web site.

To view your current license, open the Symantec Management Console, click the Configuration tab, and click Licensing

1. In Symantec Installation Manager, click Add/Update licenses.
2. Click Close.
3. Click Close to close Symantec Installation Manager.
