The Arellia 8.1 Agents will send signed events and inventory to the Arellia Management Server (AMS).
If you want to enforce all events to be signed and validated, do the following:
- Open the Configuration Tab in the Arellia Security Manager console
- Navigate to Settings > Configuration > Infrastructure > Configuration Settings
- Select the Arellia Management Server
- Check the configuration settings (for instructions, go to Configuration Settings).
- In the Product menu, choose the Arellia Management Server.
- Select the Validate agent event signatures setting check box.
- Click Save the Settings.

Enabling this setting will prohibit 8.0 and older agents from sending events and inventory to the server. Only enable Enable this setting only after all agents have been upgraded to 8.1. |
