Significantly tighten security in your environment by randomizing and automating the cycling of administrative passwords. Currently Disclosed Passwords represent risk in your environment. After you have viewed the currently disclosed passwords, you need to randomize those account passwords.
To randomize currently disclosed passwords, do the following steps:
- From the Arellia Security Manager Console, go to the Policies tab.
- Navigate to Policies / Arellia / Local Security / Policies.
- Right-click Policies and select New / Client Scheduled Tasks / Local Security Scheduled Client Task.
- Configure the Client Command Id to Local Security Randomize Password Command.
- Create a New Schedule for the Local Security Randomize Password Command.
- Configure the Resource Targets to All Windows Computers with Local Security Agent Installed (Targets).
- Toggle the policy to On.
- Save the policy.
