Using Data Feeds

Arellia uses data feeds to publish dynamic content to customers. Data feed content includes new reports, filters, and policies that can be referenced or used by customers in their environment.

Importing Data Feeds

To import reports, filters and policies via the published Arellia data feed, do the following steps:

1. In the Arellia Security Manager, click the Configuration tab.
2. Navigate to Settings > Configuration > Infrastructure and then click Data Feeds.
    
3. In the right pane, click the icon to the left of AMS Product Configuration Feeds.
    
4. Click Enable.
    
5. Right-click on the AMS Product Configuration Feeds and select Update.
    
6. Click OK.
   
    
    
7. Right-click on the product you want reports, filters, or policies for (such as Arellia Management Server) and click. 
8. Right-click again and select Update.
9. After the solution configuration feed has been updated, click on that product.
10. Right-click the item you want to import and select Download Data Feed Entity.
11. Right-click that item again and select Import Configuration Feed. 
12. After the item has been imported you'll be able to modify it according to your needs.
