Network location filter
Summary
Applies current network connectivity tests using Windows Network Location Awareness
The network location filter works with Windows Network Location Awareness to filter based on current Network Connectivity.
Standard network location filters
Name | Description |
|---|---|
Disconnected from Network | Tests that there is no current network connection |
Domain Network Location Filter | Tests for a Domain Network Location |
Private Network Location Filter | Tests for a Private Network Location |
Public Network Location Filter | Tests for a Public Network Location |
To Access the Network Location Filters, do the following steps:
- From the Arellia Security Manager Console, go to the Policies tab.
- Navigate to Policies / Arellia Solutions / Application Control / Filters / Dynamic Filters.
- Select Network Location.
To add a new Network Location Filter, do the following steps:
- From Dynamic Filters / Network Location.
- Right-click Network Location and choose New.
- The Create Item window appears.
- Add a description to the new filter and click OK.
- From Network Connectivity, choose to exclude or include results and click Save.
