We have the portal where you can access trial licenses and support incidents.  The address is http://portal.arellia.com.  The details on how to register are located on our main site at - http://www.arellia.com/support.aspx.  The third item down in the right-hand column has the details.  You just need or can create a Windows Live ID.  Once you have registered then you can go to the portal listed above, log in via the Windows LiveID "Sign In" button, and there will be a link on the right-hand side to create the trial license.
 The Product listing address to use in SIM (Symantec Installation Manager) is http://www.arellia.com/software/7/arelliabeta.pl.xml.  This can be directly copied and pasted into SIM (Note: There is a space between arellia and beta and it is supposed to be there.  SIM handles the URL encoding for you.).  The currently released version is SP1 which is in this product listing.  It has passed beta and is our released version.  It simply hasn't been promoted to the default product listing yet.
