A provisioned user account attaches credentials, rights and passwords to a user, enabling or disabling access to specific applications and data sources. Administrators often need to see the password for a provisioned user account.

To Disclose a Password for a Provisioned User Account

  1. From the Arellia Security Management Console, go to the *Policies *tab.
  2. Navigate to Arellia / Local Security / Provisioned Users.

Four columns exist with the following headings:

    • Name
    • Resource Type
    • Description
    • CreatedDate
  1. Find the name of the Provisioned User. Right-click on the name.
  2. Select Show Current Password.
