How to elevate a batch file

Sometimes the functions in a batch file, like registering a .dll or adding a registry change, require elevated rights. You can elevate a batch file to run with administrative rights by doing the following steps:

1. Create a filter by going to Creating Application Filters and following the instructions.
2. Change the name in the test.bat filter to whatever the batch file name is.
3. Click Save.
   
4. Create the elevation policy by going to Create New Application Control Policies and following the instructions. 
5. Name it "Batch File Elevate Process Rights." 
6. Click Save.
