- While the Install License page will say "1 license file found and installed successfully", the date on the License Status page is not refreshing.
- Page still shows "Application Control Solution 100_____________ Solution" status as "10/14/2010 ___ Expired". I have tried this multiple Attempted install multiple times, even tried rebooting the server with reboots to no avail.
Background
- Tried installing the 30 day extension trial license provided with AUP Expiration date of 11 2010________(in the future; so a currrently valid license).
- Previously installed a similar license with AUP Expiration 10 2010which has already passed.
Solution
Remove any existing trial licenses

- There is included with SMP 7 a license removal utility which may be easier than the MMC. It is located in the \Notification Server\Bin\Tools folder and is called appropriately "RemoveLicense.exe". Just run that and it will show all licenses installed and allow the removal of any of them one by one or multiple at one time.
