1. Download the "Maintenance - Computer Purge" data feed under the Arellia Management Server
   
2. Navigate to Tasks > Infrastructure Scheduled Activities > Maintenance Tasks  
3. After the data feed has been downloaded and imported, navigate to Tasks > Infrastructure Scheduled Activites > Maintenance Tasks 
4. Configure the schedules and enable the Purge Old Computers and Purge missing computers from AgentRegistration and Gauges tasks
   
   

The maintenance tasks will then take care of automatically removing computers haven't communicated with the server in 90 days and can be changed by doing the following: 

1. Navigate to the Purge Old Computers task and select the Resource Purge SQL Executions tab
2. Click on the 1 parameter(s) configured link and change 90 days to the number of your choosing.
