users who are then included in the help desk user group have access to http://server/ams/helpdesk/

those users can select a computer and then a user on that computer with a randomized password and then select view password

the disclosure is audited and the information shows up in the same reports as other disclosuresUse the Thycotic Help Desk console for quick access to passwords managed by Arellia Local Security Solution.

1. Access the Help Desk console. (For details about how to access the Help Desk console, go to Help Desk Console.)
   
   Note: When you access the Help Desk console, the default screen is the Disclose Passwords tab.
    
2. Click the Select Computer link.
3. In the Select Resource dialog box, click the computer that you want to disclose the password for.
4. Click OK.
5. Click the View Password button.
6. In the password disclosure dialog box, you will have ten seconds to copy the password before the dialog box closes automatically.
