Create request approval when logged into a local account

Issue

When an end user starts an application that has been configured to generate an approval request, the user will experience an error and the request will not be generated.

InitiateApprovalRequest failed: System.Exception: Unable to get resolve userSid <local account SID> for Approval Request <approval request ID> from agent <agent ID>

Reason

You created the Request Approval message while logged into a local account.

Solution

Install the Arellia Local Security Solution.

Additional Info

The Local Security Solution installs the Local User resource type that is needed for the approval request process to work. The Local Security Solution does not need to be licensed and does not need to be installed on endpoints; it just needs to be installed on the AMS.
