File Inventory

  • Scan Catalog Files - Scans the security catalog folder so as to be able to discover details of Security Catalogs.
  • Scan Executables in Windows Directories - Scans all executables in Windows directories and reports their presence (or not) in Security Catalogs.

Local Security

  • Inventory COM+/DCOM Applications
  • Inventory Local User Accounts and all privileges
  • Inventory Shared Folders
  • Inventory Windows Services
  • Randomize Local Administrator User Account Password
  • Randomize Local User Account Password When Password Checked-In

New Client Job

To create a new client job:

 

  • In the Symantec Management Console, on the Home menu, click Arellia > Application Control
  • In the left pane, select Task Management > Client Tasks
  • Right-click on Task Management and select New > Client Job
  • Set parameters in the right pane
