Security configuration profiles

Profiles define the desired configuration of the managed computers, expressed in standard Extensible Configuration Checklist Document Format (XCCDF).

Before you can use profiles to manage your computers, you must first import them into the database by either selecting them from the list of available profiles on the download profiles page or importing them from your file system on the importing profiles page.

Visit the Profiles tab in the Security Manager console to begin. Go to the following documents for instructions:

• Edit profiles
• Import profiles
• View profiles
