SAS 8.1 Overview

Security Analysis Solution (SAS) imports Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) content into the Arellia Management Server (AMS) and continuously monitors security configuration management issues that arise because of system vulnerability and misconfiguration on endpoints.

Users can define policies that automatically assess SCAP profiles and remediate managed computers on a scheduled basis. SAS collects and stores the results of these assessments and remediation in the AMS, which allows for rich reporting, alerting and data exchange. SAS furthers configuration compliance by leveraging all the collected data to identify conditions and create actionable tasks.
