Drive Type filters are used to detect applications being started from a network drive, optical drive, or removable drive.
The Drive Type folder includes the following types of built-in filters:
- Network Drive Filter - Specifies files present on network file systems.
- Optical Drive Filter (CD/DVD) - Specifies files contained on optical drives like CDs or DVDs.
- Removable Drive Filter - Filters files contained on removable media, such as USB drives.
