Arellia 7 products are installed to the Symantec Management Platform via the Symantec Installation Manager. There is an Arellia product listing used to download and install Application Control Solution.

Follow the steps in How to install Arellia version 7 products - Symantec Installation Manager to install Application Control Solution.
In order to use policies that target Active Directory groups or users, you will also need to install Arellia Directory Services Solution.
