Application firewall policies

Application firewall policies can be used to enforce specific firewall behavior for applications that have been classified by Thycotic.

To use an application firewall policy, do the following:

1. Create a policy to classify an application (see Protect against Internet applications).
2. Navigate to Policies > Thycotic Solutions > Application Control > Application Firewall Policies.
3. Right click Application Firewall Policies and click New > Application Firewall Policy.
    
4. Set the Application Classification to match the classification used in step 1.
   
   
    
5. Set the firewall rules that should apply to applications with this classification
6. Set the computers that this firewall policy applies to.
    
7. Click Save.
