Execute application action

The execute application action executes another application and (optionally) waits on that process to complete before the original process can execute.

1. Click the Policies tab.
2. In the file library in the left sidebar navigate to Policies > Thycotic Solutions > Application Control > Actions.
3. Right-click Execute Application and click New > Execute Application.
    
4. In the Create Item dialog box, enter a Name and Description for the new variable action.
5. Click OK.
   
    
    
6. Enter the Settings for the new variable action.
7. Click Save.
