Reports

Thycotic provides numerous out of the box reports to help you quickly understand the state of your environment.

Event summary

One of these reports is the event summary view, which provides the quickest view to what actions and policies are being applied and what applications are triggering those policies.

To access the event summary view, do the following steps:

  1. In the Thycotic Security Manager, click the Policies tab.
  2. In the file library in the left pane, navigate to Thycotic Solutions > Application Control > Resources > Event Summary.
  3. Then in the right pane you can adjust the report to see the information you need.

Additional reports

There are additional reports available that show application control event acknowledgements, historic application actions, and policies delivered to agents.

To access these additional reports, do the following steps:

  1. In the Security Manager Console, click the Reports tab.
  2. In the file library in the left pane, navigate to Reports > Thycotic Solutions > Application Control.
  3. Then click one of the following reports:
    1. Administrative Rights Required Detection.
    2. Application Control Event Summary.
    3. Application Control Event Summary Acknowledgement.
    4. Application Verifier Logs.

Diagnostic reports

Reports are also available to show the computers with Application Control Agents and version numbers currently installed in the environment.

To access these additional reports, do the following steps:

  1. In the Security Manager Console, click the Reports tab.
  2. In the file library in the left pane, navigate to Reports > Thycotic Solutions > Agent Information.
  3. Click Agent Installation Summary.
  4. In the right pane, set the report parameters.
  5. Run and export the report.
