Disclose randomized passwords via the Help Desk console

Use the Arellia Help Desk console for quick access to passwords managed by Arellia Local Security Solution.

  1. Access the Help Desk console. (For details about how to access the Help Desk console, go to Help Desk Console.)
    Note: When you access the Help Desk console, the default screen is the Disclose Passwords tab.
  2. Click the Select Computer link.
  3. In the Select Resource dialog box, click the computer that you want to disclose the password for.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click the View Password button.
  6. In the password disclosure dialog box, you will have ten seconds to copy the password before the dialog box closes automatically.
