Disclosing Randomized Passwords via the Help Desk View

Overview

The Arellia Help Desk Console can be used for quick access to passwords managed by Arellia Local Security Solution. Users log in to http://servername/Ams/HelpDesk and will see a console where they can select a computer and then view a managed user password. The password disclosure will continue to be audited.
