Randomize Currently Disclosed Passwords

Significantly tighten security in your environment by randomizing and automating the cycling of administrative passwords. Currently Disclosed Passwords represent risk in your environment. After you have viewed the currently disclosed passwords, you need to randomize those account passwords.

To Randomize Currently Disclosed Passwords

Arellia provides a Workflow policy that can be imported via Data Feeds 

  1. Follow the instructions on Using Data Feeds to download and import Local Security Solution - Recycle Currently Disclosed Passwords 
  2. After the configuration feed has been imported, navigate to Tasks > Workflow > Automation > Workflow > Password Recycling Tasks
  3. The Password Recycle Task is the task that controls how often the Disclosed passwords Query - Workflow recycling and Randomize Disclosed Password Task are executed.
  4. Set a schedule on the Password Recycle Task to automate how often passwords are recycled in the environment
