File Owner Filter

You can use File Owner filters to specify if an application will be launched based on the File Owner listed on NTFS file systems.

You can select multiple Security Principals when you create a new File Owner filter, as shown in the following screenshot. 

If any of the Security Principals match the File Owner on the file being tested, then the process will be allowed to continue.
