Password disclosure reports
You can run password disclosure Reports that show the following data:
- Current disclosed passwords - Lists all computers whose managed user account passwords have been disclosed since being changed by local security.
- Disclosure summary (managed user) - Lists all managed users whose passwords have been disclosed in the last month (by default).
- Disclosure summary (provisioned user) - Lists all provisioned users whose passwords have been disclosed in the last month (by default).
- Disclosure summary (requesting user) - Lists all users who have requested access to managed and provisioned user account passwords in the last month (by default).
- Password disclosure history - Lists all managed and provisioned user account passwords that have been disclosed in the last month (by default).
To review the password disclosure history, do the following steps:
- From the Thycotic Management Console, go to the Reports tab.
- Navigate to Reports > Thycotic Solutions > Local Security > Password Disclosure.
 - For a thorough breakdown of all disclosed passwords, select Password Disclosure History.Â
Password Disclosure History is an audit trail
Currently disclosed passwords that have not been changed represent risk!
The password disclosure history lists all managed and provisioned user account passwords that have been disclosed in the past month (by default).
