New feature for 8.1 agents
The Arellia 8.1 Agents will send signed events and inventory to the Arellia Management Server (AMS).
If you want all events to be signed and validated, do the following:
- Open the configuration settings (for instructions, go to Configuration Settings).
- In the Product menu, choose the Arellia Management Server.
- Select the Validate agent event signatures check box.
- Click Save.
Enabling this setting will prohibit 8.0 and older agents from sending events and inventory to the server. Enable this setting only after all agents have been upgraded to 8.1.
