Advanced Feedback Messages are used to collect justifications from the end user. These justifications can be for a request to run a program as an administrator or be a justification to run a program that has not been approved or denied yet. These justifications will then be sent back to the Notification Server where they appear in a report waiting for approval. (see Event Summary and Acknowledgement) They are found in Application Control > Actions > Messages > Advanced.
